FODMAP friendly recipes

In 2015 Priya was diagnosed with IBS and told to follow a low FODMAP diet. FODMAP can be an incredibly daunting territory to navigate (find some great info here), so we’ve collated all of our FODMAP friendly meals on this page to make things easier, because FODMAP is difficult enough without having to scour the internet for recipes that are tasty, flavourful and kind to your gut!
